I am always delighted to see what happens when wool felts. I love the way the colors meld and the individual stitches lose definition. I am loving the pink scalloped bowl! A few of the larger pieces are still drying so I have to unveil them later. The crocheted flowers and medallions are a new obsession and I can make them anywhere.
The sewing machine is a bit harder to carry from room to room.
Things I learned today:
- Lion Brand wool felts faster than Cascade or Donegal Tweed.
- I have an unnatural preference for acid green.
- I am not fond of pastels.
- Cutting too many sewing projects at one time creates a daunting pile of fabric and fleece.
- Grizelda doesn't bite...yet.
