It all started with this pile of greeny goodness.
There was some cutting...LOTS of cutting of strips from the green.
Some piecing and sandwiching and stitching and quilting.
Then I hung it in trees, looking for the sunshine.
And I hung it on gates.
And Lily said, "Enough! Can you brush me now?"
Never expect to have an in-depth quilting discussion with the dog.

Sarah, I am just glad it is finished! It was a worthwhile experience on its own as I figured out several new techniques that I plan to use again. Your purple quilt and Heather's pink one are sure bets as winners!

Lily is my best assistant bt she likes to be paid in cookies, brushing, and more cookies. Small price to pay for such devotion. Lou just wants the cookies. Come to think of it...I want cookies, too.
